You'll get a confirmation email with the Zoom link for all three sessions, plus a reminder before each one.

In each email, there will be suggestions on supplies and a template to trace your designs.

Not at all. This workshop is built for all levels. Cheryl walks through everything step by step, live, so you never have to guess what to do next.

Day 1 is its own complete project, so you're welcome to join just that session if it's the only one that fits.

Days 2 and 3 build on each other as one painting, so plan to attend both of those together if you want to finish that piece.

If you have to miss a class and want to finish it later, join Just Add Water Studio membership. You'll have access to the recordings (and the previous and next lessons.)

Details to join will be on the last day sesson and emails. 

You'll need basic watercolor supplies: paints, brushes, and paper. The beauty of this workshop is that you can use what you already have.

Here are suggestions from Cheryl, but please know they're just suggestions:

• Paper: cold press
• Brushes: whatever brand and size you have
• Paint for the clothespins: blues (phthalo, cerulean, sky blue), golden yellows (raw ochre, raw sienna, burnt sienna), a brown (like Goethite), neutral tint
• Paint for the tree & bicycle: pinks (rose madder, permanent rose deep, scarlet mist, deep scarlet, quinacridone magenta)
• Line work: Micron pens, gel or Posca pens for white highlights

That's okay. Everyone paints at their own pace. You can keep working on it after class using what you learned.

Just remember, recordings of the live sessions are only available to Just Add Water Studio members, so if you'd like to go back and rewatch anything, that's one more reason to join the membership.

These sessions aren't recorded for workshop-only registrants, so we recommend clearing your calendar for all three. Don't worry, the sessions will still be recorded.

We schedule three live paint sessions throughout the workshop at different times of day to accommodate various schedules.

If you can't make one session, you'll have two other opportunities to join us live. The goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to experience painting with the community.

Each session runs two hours, so plan for six hours total across the three days: August 17, 19 & 21.
